Order Placement
The client shares requirements such as product type, design, quantity, fabric, sizes, and branding details.
Requirement Analysis
The manufacturer reviews all details including design complexity, materials, production cost, and delivery timeline.
Quotation & Confirmation
A price quotation is provided. Once agreed, the order is confirmed along with payment terms and timeline.
Design Development






Custom designs, logos, and layouts are created or refined based on client requirements and brand identity.
Sample Production
A sample is produced to check design accuracy, fabric quality, and overall look.
Sample Approval
The client reviews the sample and approves it or requests changes before bulk production begins.
Fabric Sourcing






High-quality fabrics (polyester, spandex, etc.) are sourced based on performance and comfort requirements.
Pattern Making
Size patterns are developed to ensure proper fitting for all sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.).
Production (Cutting, Printing & Stitching)
Fabric is cut into panels, designs and logos are applied through printing or embroidery, and all parts are stitched together to create the final garment.


Finishing, Quality Check, Packaging & Shipping
Products undergo final quality inspection, are cleaned and finished, packed according to client requirements, and shipped to the destination with proper export handling.
